Servando Oliveros began his culinary career at Pino’s Italian Restaurant in Houston, Texas in 1975, under the guidance of brothers Adriano and Pino Farinola. Despite his young age, Servando quickly demonstrated his strong work ethic and rose through the ranks to become the main Chef. When Pino’s closed in the early 2000s, Servando remained loyal to the Farinola family and followed them to Bryan/College Station where they opened Frittella Italian Cafe in 2003. Today, Servando continues to serve as the esteemed Chef at Frittella’s, where he greets guests with a warm smile and friendly wave.
