Got A Question? We Can Help.
How Are Your Products Shipped?
Our perishable products are carefully packaged in a Styrofoam cooler with dry ice for shipping. To ensure prompt delivery, we rely on FedEx 2-day shipping. Meanwhile, orders consisting solely of nonperishable items are sent using USPS priority mail.
Why Am I Paying Sales Tax?
In the state of Texas, sales tax is not applied to grocery items such as beef. However, Frittella does impose the relevant sales tax on items that are considered taxable, such as apparel, coolers, notebooks, and similar products.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our delicious frozen Italian food.

How Long Should Frozen Items Thaw For?
Thawing times vary depending on the size and type of food. Generally:
Small items (like chicken breasts or steaks): May thaw overnight (about 12-24 hours).
Larger items (like a whole chicken or roast): Can take several days to thaw completely (allow about 24 hours per 5 pounds).
