Pino's pursuit of the American dream led him to Houston, where he opened Pino's Italian Restaurant with his wife Lenora. Located near the University of Houston, the eatery quickly became popular among students seeking authentic Italian meals. Adriano later joined the team, taking Pino's to new heights. In 2003, Adriano and Vancene brought their love for Italian cuisine to Bryan/College Station with Frittella Italian Cafe, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the community.

Our Chef Servando Oliveros

Our Chef Servando Oliveros

Embrace the unparalleled artistry of our acclaimed and esteemed chef. Servando Oliveros began his culinary career at Pino's Italian Restaurant in Houston, Texas in 1975, under the guidance of brothers Adriano and Pino Farinola. Despite his young age, Servando quickly demonstrated his strong work ethic and rose through the ranks to become the main Chef.

When Pino's closed in the early 2000s, Servando remained loyal to the Farinola family and followed them to Bryan/College Station where they opened Frittella Italian Cafe in 2003. Today, Servando continues to serve as the esteemed Chef at Frittella's, where he greets guests with a warm smile and friendly wave.
